1. Return Period

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Software, gift cards, or digital downloads that have been accessed or unsealed.
Items that show signs of physical damage caused by the user or improper installation.
Products missing their serial numbers or original UPC codes.
4. The Refund Process
